Probably the best-known Vietnamese recipe: small vegetable spring rolls wrapped in a thin rice pastry filled with carrots, soy noodles, onion and mushrooms that surprise your palate with worldly, cosmopolitan flavours. Eating a nem is like taking a short trip to Vietnam. Served with our special Nuoc sauce for nems.

Rice noodles (23%): rice, tapioca starch, water and salt. NUOC NAM SAUCE STICKS (16 g): water, sugar, white wine vinegar (sulphites), fish sauce (anchovy extract [Stolephorus spp], salt and sugar), acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetate), salt, dried chili pepper and garlic.
