Shrimp-filled dim sums are perfect for a delicious Asian tapa that’s quick and easy to prepare.

SIAO PAO (234 g) Filling (60%): prawns (Solenocera melantho) (35%) (prawns, stabilizers [sodium phosphate, triphosphate, polyphosphate], antioxidant [sodium metabisulfite]), bamboo, cabbage, pork (15%), onion, carrot, vegetable oils (soy and sesame), vegetable oil (canola), acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetate), soy protein, potato starch, sugar, salt, ginger and ground black pepper. Pastry (40%): wheat starch, water, potato starch and vegetable oil (canola). SOY SAUCE STICKS (8 g): water, wheat, soy, salt.

PREPARATION

Microwave: remove the film on the side containing the sauce and chopsticks and take them out. Keep the dim sum in its packaging and heat for two minutes at full power.
