These dim sum dumplings served with soy sauce are traditional fare from northern Shanghai. Siao long pao filled with fresh vegetables and pork.

Filling (55%): cabbage, pork (37%), leek, soy protein, potato starch, vegetable oils (soy and sesame), acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetate), natural aroma, salt, sugar, ground black pepper, ginger, soy sauce (water, soy, wheat flour, salt, preservative [potassium sorbate] and colouring [natural caramel]). Pastry (45%): wheat flour, water, wheat gluten and salt.

PREPARATION

Microwave: remove the film on the side containing the sauce and chopsticks and take them out. Keep the dim sum in its packaging and heat for two minutes at full power.
