Asian gyozas filled with sweet glazed pork loin, onion and sweet potato go perfectly with our hoisin sauce. A delicious combination for all palates.

Gyozas: Filling (58%): onion, pork (loin) (19%), sugar, soy protein, vegetable oil (canola), garlic, potato starch, acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium diacetate), soy sauce (water, colouring [simple caramel and ammonia caramel], sugar, salt, soy, wheat), salt, spices (star anise, fennel seeds, pepper and cinnamon), mandarin skin and black pepper. Pastry: wheat flour, water, wheat gluten and salt. Soy sauce (16 g): water, wheat, soy and salt.

PREPARATION

Microwave: Remove the chopsticks and the sauce. Gently open the film from the opposite end and pour one packet of soy sauce and one tablespoon of water into the gyoza container. Microwave for 1 minute on high power.
