Cooked egg-white noodles (47%) (durum wheat semolina, dehydrated egg white), cabbage, carrot (8%), courgette (7%), onion, vegetable oil (canola), green beans (3%), soy sauce (water, colouring [caramel, ammonia caramel], sugar, salt, soy, wheat), acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetate), yeast extract, salt, soy sauce (water, soy, wheat flour, salt, preservatives [potassium sorbate] and colouring [natural caramel]), cultivated shitake mushrooms (1%) (Lentinula edodes), garlic and natural aroma.

Microwave: remove the tray, pierce the lid and heat for two minutes at full power.
