Our chicken, carrot and onion spring rolls are made and rolled by hand in a traditional Oriental pastry. Their perfect companion is our tasty sweet-and-sour sauce.
Filling (56%): cabbage (61%), onion, carrot (12%), chicken (7%), canola oil, salt, acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetate) and sugar. Pastry 44%: water, wheat flour, salt and canola oil. SWEET-AND-SOUR SAUCE STICKS (16 g): water, sugar, white wine vinegar (sulphites), pineapple, fried tomato (tomato, corn starch, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, acidulant [citric acid], garlic and onion), onion, carrot, red pepper, modified starch, acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetate), salt, ginger, natural colouring (beetroot extract, maltodextrin, spices).

PREPARATION

Frying pan: fry at 150 °C in sunflower or soybean oil until ready to serve.
